What happens to your data
Short version: the apps send nothing anywhere except Google, and this site collects no personal data or analytics.
This website
There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising on this site. It sets no cookies. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from anyone else's server, so no third party learns that you visited. The pages are plain files.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps its own server logs. Those are GitHub's, not ours, and we do not read them. See GitHub's privacy statement .
Purchases & payments
When you purchase a pre-built app release, payment is handled by our Merchant of Record, who acts as the reseller and manages global sales tax and VAT. Your payment card details are processed directly by their secure payment processors and never touch our servers.
The email address you enter at checkout is used only to issue your license key and order receipt. It is never used for marketing blasts, sold, or shared with third parties.
If you build and run the apps yourself from the open-source repository on GitHub, no purchase or personal information is collected whatsoever.
The apps themselves
Magimail and Magical sign in to Google the same way a browser does, and your mail and calendar events travel between your Mac and Google directly. They do not pass through any server of ours, because there are none. We cannot read your mail or events, and we do not know how many accounts you have or what is in them.
Everything the app remembers, including your accounts and settings, stays in your own user library on your own Mac. There is no account to create with us and no telemetry is collected.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU, you have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy. In practice there is only ever one thing to ask about, and unsubscribing already deletes it. The lawful basis for holding an address is your consent, given when you confirm it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office .
